I'm A Celebrity: Nigel Farage and Fred Sirieix clash on Brexit, again

We’re one week into I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2023, and life in the jungle is well and truly underway.

The first week Down Under has featured heated arguments (and surprising reconciliations), new arrivals and, of course, loads of Bushtucker Trials.

Among the cast members are former Ukip leader Nigel Farage and First Dates star Fred Sirieix, who have already clashed multiple times about Brexit. During Sunday (26 November) night’s episode, Fred told Nigel that he had “destroyed the economy” and “created a big mess” with the UK leaving the EU.

The right-wing politician’s turn in the jungle sees him following in the footsteps of disgraced politician Matt Hancock last year, who reached the final.

Nigel is competing alongside This Morning’s Josie Gibson, Jamie Lynn Spears, and YouTuber Nella Rose. You can find the full line-up of 2023 campmates here.

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs Sunday to Friday at 9pm and Saturday at 9.30pm on ITV.
