Ant and Dec have already confirmed that two late arrivals will be going into I'm A Celebrity, with the hosts making a major announcement just seconds into Sunday's show.
One of the most watched shows on TV every year, millions of fans have been counting the days to I'm A Celebrity's return, with the show back on its old stomping ground of the Australia jungle after a three year hiatus, enforced by the Covid pandemic. The I'm A Celebrity line-up for this time round includes Boy George, Chris Moyles and Jill Scott.
However, there's another name in the headlines this week, despite the fact he was nowhere to be seen in the first episode of the new series - Matt Hancock. The internet went wild after reports linked the ex Health Secretary to I'm A Celebrity, with him then seen in Brisbane Airport. And, while they didn't quite identify him by name, Ant and Dec all but let the cat out of the nag on Hancock's involvement, with a series of comments moments after the opening titles rolled.
Looking delighted to be back on the I'm A Celebrity set in Australia, Ant announced: "We've also got not one, but two late arrivals," as Dec, feigning shock, exclaimed: "What?!"
Ant sarcastically continued: "And fortunately, we've managed to keep their identities a compete secret. Nobody's got a clue who they are," as Dec added: "You're going to be so surprised guys. We're going to be rolling out the welcome MATT for them very soon."
As well as Matt Hancock, the other late arrival is set to be Seann Walsh, the comedian and former Strictly star. While he did stay on the BBC show for a few weeks, it was his kiss with pro partner Katya Jones on a night out that made headlines for all the wrong reasons, as comedian Seann went behind his girlfriend's back.
