I'm A Celebrity fans were left throwing up as newcomers Joe Swash and Dean Gaffney took on the show's 'worst ever trial'.
The EastEnders stars headed into the South African jungle tonight, but not before they had to complete a drinks trial as hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly watched on. The pair had to down a string of awful drinks to win treats for their campmates.
On offer to them was everything from blended maggots to cow vaginas and animal testicles. The pair are both infamous for their reactions in trials, with Dean's live trial from his series being particularly iconic.
Fans took to social media to slam the disgusting trial - which had the men drinking everything from cow's vagina to blended maggots.
"Nooooo that's the worse drinking trial #imaCeleb," one wrote, as another added: " #ImACeleb Joe Swash & Dean Gaffney, that's what trials are supposed to be like...awful & hilarious in equal measure."
A third penned: "I nearly vomited watching Dean and Joe struggle through that trial #ImACeleb.
However, some viewers loved it - and thought it was great entertainment.
"Cried actual tears laughing at Joe Swash and Dean Gaffney's trial tonight. Think @antanddec might have just had the best time ever #ImACeleb," one wrote, as another added: " #DeanGaffney and #JoeSwash doing the drinking trial was hilarious! #AntAndDec were laughing their heads off which made it all the more funny! I can't wait to see the rest of it tomorrow."
One shared: "Last 5-6 years of #ImACeleb have been sooooooo dead. This year is top tier tv, dean gaffney and Joe swash have had me in TEARS on that trial," as another wrote: "Putting Joe & Dean together for this drinking trial is brilliant, comedy TV gold."
Dean previously opened up about his iconic performance in a previous live trial.
"That live trial became folklore. Every year it gets wheeled out as one of the best moments, so even if I want to forget it I can’t! People still stop me in the street and chat to me about the Trial. And whenever I am having a bad day, I put the Trial on and it makes me feel better. My pain is everyone else’s gain!" he quipped ahead of his stint on the show.
