I'm A Celebrity 2022 full line-up confirmed by ITV with days to go until new series

Fans of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here can now get excited as the line-up for this year's series has officially been confirmed with just days to go until we'll get to see them on-screen. The ITV reality show will once again be presented by Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly.

But there will be a change from recent series as the cast and crew will ditch the UK and return to the show's spiritual home of Australia. It is the first time I'm A Celeb will be filmed Down Under in two years after the last two series of the much-loved programme have been filmed in North Wales due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 2022 series will be premiering on Sunday, November 6, at 9pm, with a 105-minute special. Fans noticed that the start date is slightly earlier than usual to avoid a clash with the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which kicks off in Qatar on Sunday, November 20.

But who is in line to be crowned King or Queen of the jungle this year? Last week, the show's 2022 stars were seen touching down in Australia.

And now the line-up has officially been confirmed in full by ITV to the Mirror - including Coronation Street’s Sue Cleaver, reality TV star Olivia Attwood, radio DJ Chris Moyles and Loose Women star Charlene White.

Mike Tindall

Mike Tindall (PA)

AGE: 44

FAMOUS FOR: Being a member of royal family and former England rugby player.

"I reckon it’s a difficult one to win I’m A Celebrity. I am used to doing something where you know if you do the best you can, you can win. This isn’t that set up. All I would hope to do is be useful to the group. Winning is out of your control. But I am not going in to win it. All I can do is what I think is the best and someone else will judge me on whether they think it is."

Jill Scott

AGE: 35

FAMOUS FOR: England Lioness who won Euros in the Summer.

"I am a winning type of person naturally but more in a football sense when there is a Euros trophy at the end of it. I am not going in to win. I am going in to have a good time. I think my England teammates will be shocked when they find out,” she reveals.

“But I think they will say if there is a show for Jill to go on, because of the team side, then this is the one to do."

Chris Moyles

Chris Moyles (FilmMagic)

AGE: 48

FAMOUS FOR: Being a Radio DJ

"f people are expecting what they hear on the radio, then they had better prepare themselves for a much quieter, sensitive Christopher Moyles. The radio version is a very turned up version of me, but hopefully if I can bring some humour to the camp, then it will make everyone in the camp feel at ease."

Boy George

AGE: 61

FAMOUS FOR: 80s icon and singer with Culture Club

"I am bored of being iconic in the corner and if you want to compete in the world then being part of telly is part of that. This is the biggest show on TV and that is why I am doing it. And now I have made the decision, I don’t want to focus too much on what the experience might be like, but my intention is it is going to be amazing."

Charlene White

AGE: 42

FAMOUS FOR: Reading ITV news and being on Loose Women

"I have upped my gym training in the run up and I am doing a few more weights. None of us have ever been in this situation before so you can’t prepare. But if I feel body strong, then I know I will feel mentally stronger."

Sue Cleaver

AGE: 59

FAMOUS FOR: Starring in Coronation Street since 2000

"I am going in with an open mind. Nothing is going to kill us and I am not going to wind myself up, trying to overthink everything. I don’t know how I will behave and I am going to let the experience unfold in front of my eyes."

Owen Warner

AGE: 23

FAMOUS FOR: Playing Romeo Nightingale in Hollyoaks

"If someone is out of order, then I will say something. But I don’t want it to cause any tension and hopefully they will stop. I don’t think I will cry either in the jungle but then again I cry at most films and sometimes even new food!"

Babatunde Aléshé

AGE: 36

FAMOUS FOR: Being on Celebrity Gogglebox with Mo Gilligan

"I haven’t got time for arguments. I know seeing me freaking out every five minutes will be entertaining for everyone but this will be a first-time experience for all of us and I think my role will be as a tension breaker. We don’t need to be bickering behind each other’s backs. We are all in the same boat together."

Olivia Attwood

AGE: 31

FAMOUS FOR: Being on Love Island in 2017

"One of the things that will be nice will be to show a different side to me. I think people think I am high maintenance and I will struggle without make-up and nails but I am not that bothered and I think that might surprise people. I am happy to muck in. It will also be nice to have a digital detox. I do a lot of social media and I spend a crazy amount of time on my phone. My phone causes me stress.

"We are all prisoners to our phones and so it will be so nice to have this time in life where you are digitally disconnected for three weeks. It’s going to be great to be completely immersed in the jungle environment and I am excited to see what I can do."

Scarlette Douglas

Scarlette Douglas (Channel 4)

AGE: 35

FAMOUS FOR: Fronting A Place In The Sun for seven years.

"I am dreading any trial involving spiders and I am also dreading the food trial. It’s going to be hard too not being able to bring my seasoning into camp but I want to prove to everyone I can smash it!"
