Former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star Ruthie Henshall said she couldn't 'bear' to watch the series after Matt Hancock arrived.
The former Health Secretary shocked the other campmates when he walked into the Australian jungle several weeks ago.
He has been questioned by the likes of Charlene White and the public on his affair with Gina Coladangelo as well as the decisions he made as health secretary during the pandemic while thousands died.
Although the disgraced politician asked for 'forgiveness', fellow I'm A Celeb alum Ruthie said she can't 'support his transformation to acceptable TV celebrity'.
The Cats Musical star, who appeared in the 2020 series, was asked to comment on him after her mother Gloria died following months of isolation in a care home.
"This is a man who brazenly flouted his own Covid laws while I fought to visit my mother during the final weeks of her life, in a care home," she said.
"This is a man who was more concerned with his own self-image than the successful protection of his fellow citizens.
"This is man who feigned tears on national TV during the pandemic to garner status, while under protected NHS staff were on the front line dealing with the ravages of covid."
She added that the fact he is able to 'seek redemption' on a reality television series is more than 'she can bear'.
"Don’t mistake him for a panto villain or a cheeky chap," the 55-year-old said. "This is a man who took one of the most serious jobs within government and whose negligence led to thousands of additional deaths throughout our towns and communities."
"During a time of national crisis, he put himself first. To those who would say “he’s a nice bloke” or that “he’s changed”, we know that he hasn’t changed because rather than serving his constituency right now, he is on a television show trying to boost his net worth."

She ended her Instagram post by adding: "Dyslexia awareness Matt? I, for one, don’t buy it."
Friends and fans applauded the star for speaking out against the controversial appearance of Hancock on the show.
Director Russel T Davies said: "Brilliantly said," while one angry user penned: "I cannot see why he’s in there. He talked down to grown adults like they were children and his fake tears on tv were outrageous. I don’t see how the tv show thinks people have forgotten so easily."
The I'm A Celeb campmates struggled this year to keep calm and collected when Hancock walked into the camp.
Charlene, who lost an aunt to Covid, said she “walked a tightrope” as she tried to remain impartial.
Meanwhile, Boy George said he ' can't stand' the MP and called him 'slippery and slimy' as he confronted him.
