Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak has "very blunt views" on the club’s alleged breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules.

City, who earlier this month won their first Champions League title to complete a historic Trebel, were in February handed 115 charges by the Premier League of breaking financial rules between 2009 and 2018.
