It's not every day that Bowers & Wilkins refreshes its most storied and sought-after speaker lineup, and it's also not every day that you get to hear it in the best possible setting. When Bowers announced the 800 Series Diamond D5, we knew that it was likely to sound fairly phenomenal.
I got the chance to verify that, though, when I visited the British audio brand's secluded R&D base near Horsham in early July – a visit that very (very) few audio journalists have ever been treated to before.
