Aizawl FC’s new coach Caetano Pinho will hope to earn his first win with the People’s Club when they take on Mumbai Kenkre FC in the I-League encounter at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Aizawl on Saturday.
The team showed great character and fighting spirit as they earned a thrilling 3-3 draw in their last match against Sreenidhi Deccan, Pinho’s first match in charge. Despite conceding a goal and then going down to ten men in the closing stages of the match, Aizawl were able to earn the equalizer in the dying minutes of the game and grab their third draw of the league.
