Everyone knows that you can rate your Uber driver after a trip - but did you know it also works the other way around? Thanks to TikTok, people have now discovered that you can check your ratings as an Uber passenger using the app.
This really is the ultimate test to see whether or not you are the perfect passenger or if Uber drivers secretly loathe you.

In a video that has gone viral, @emmatainment says she wishes she never found this setting after seeing her Uber rating.
In her video which has over 2.2m views, she says customers can check out their ratings through the app by clicking on settings.
Once you’re there, hit ‘Privacy’ which will lead you to the ‘Privacy Center’, then tap on ‘See Summary’ when it asks if you would like to see a summary of how you use Uber. Scroll down to ‘Ratings’ and what you see next may surprise you.
Uber provides you with a breakdown of how your drivers have rated you, showing how many of each star from one to five you have.
Another user @iiserose took to the app saying it blew her mind when she checked out her ratings.
In her video captioned, “I just want to know why so I won’t do it again”, she reveals that she received four one-star reviews despite her thinking she is the ideal passenger.
“I have four one-stars… four people… I just get in the car and breathe!”
People were quick to respond also sharing their rating horrors.
“I have 27 one-stars. All I do is sit in the car in silence with my headphones and I ALWAYS take them out when they want a chat. I’m so confused,” Pookie wrote.
Jadeane shared that they had a whopping 40 one-star ratings while Dannielle added “why is everyone getting so many one stars? It’s wild. I swear they do this out of spite.”
People have been coming up with theories as to why they are being rated so low by their drivers.
User Ms_tiac said: “Nah checked mine, I choose to believe it’s the ones I didn’t tip or give my numbers to cos it’s not making sense.”
User8374262897409 blamed their mum for their bad ratings: “I have 3, I say hello and thank you everytime. My mum uses my Uber so 3 must be for her.”
It’s fair to say some one-star reviews may be from messy nights out or leaving your driver waiting on you too long. It’s worth noting if you rack up too many one-stars, you may be banned from using the app.
