Cardiff City manager Mark Hudson was left furious after another decision went against his side and in his view led to a heavy defeat against QPR.
The flashpoint in the first half saw Jack Simpson sent off for a challenge on Sinclair Armstrong, resulting in a red card and penalty, which Lyndon Dykes dispatched.
It looked a questionable call at the time and looks like a worse decision every time you look at it. Michael Beale, the QPR coach who worked with Simpson at Rangers up in Glasgow, even thought the call was a tad unfair.

That moment set QPR on the course to a comfortable victory, but Hudson was left ruing what might have been.
"I think there's a turning point, the penalty, the red card. I'll have to be careful with what I say because I'll get myself in trouble. But it's a decision, just like at the weekend, which goes against us and it shouldn't," Hudson said.
"I think for me, it's never a red card. At worst case, if they think it's a penalty, but he's actually in front of him and their striker has kicked the back of Jack's leg.
"I get the luxury of watching it back. They have to deal with it live, but I disagree with the decision.
"I spoke to [the referee] at half time. He's made his decision, his answer was what that was."
Hudson said they will look into appealing the red card, but it's little solace in the immediate aftermath of another defeat, the second in a row after their loss to Coventry City at the weekend.
That game was also marred by a contentious referee's call after Callum Robinson's equaliser was ruled out for offside. The irony is not lost on City interim boss Hudson.
"Like I said, I've got to be careful with what I say because I'll probably get myself in trouble. But they are two decisions that are the wrong decisions," he added.
"I think I'm pretty honest with my views, anything I've ever said about football, the way I've played and coached it. I'll always tell you the truth. For me, they are both the wrong decisions."
Two defeats on the bounce leading into the biggest game in the calendar, Swansea City, is hardly ideal preparation.
But there is no better opportunity to lift fans' spirits after such a miserable defeat than to beat their arch rivals in their own back yard. That, Hudson said, must be their motivation now.
"They showed a togetherness, a fight, a grit and kept running right until the very end," he said of his players at Loftus Road.
"I feel sorry for the fans who have paid good money to come all this way on a Wednesday night, have to travel home late. But they were there right until the end and so were the players.
"We will have to recover right and go at Sunday with full heart. It's not a game we've ever looked away from, we are looking forward to it.
"We have to go there and put a performance together that makes the club proud, makes the fans proud. We know how important it is and we will go and do that."
