A pregnant mum was forced to wash her three-year-old son with baby wipes after an energy firm cut off her gas, meaning she could not run her boy a warm bath.
Jess, who is five months pregnant, had no gas for more than a week after her direct debit with SSE Energy - now owned by OVO Energy - was cancelled "without notification".
It was only after she was cut off that the 20-year-old, from Hull, discovered she was hundreds of pounds in debt.
