A heavily pregnant woman who was held hostage by her ex-partner says he 'lined up torture implements' and threatened to carry out a DIY cesarean section before she wet herself and faked going into labour in a bid to escape her terrifying ordeal.
Amy MacFarlane, 25, was chained to a radiator by 30-year-old Jake Corry who she said she thought was going to kill her as he slashed her with a sword, hit her with a hammer, and cut off all her hair.
He even slashed at her stomach, threatening to perform a c-section himself. Amy’s attempts to fight back were unsuccessful, but when she pretended to go into labour, she managed to persuade Corry, from Failsworth, to call an ambulance to end her five-hour ordeal.
