11 matches, 2 wins, 9 losses - that is Mumbai Indians' story this IPL season so far. Their heavy 52 run loss to KKR on Monday was another sad reminder of the state the most successful IPL team of all time finds itself in. They are at the bottom of the points table, already out of the playoffs race and at best can hope for a seventh place finish.
It's no secret now that MI really don't have a whole bunch of match winners on their roster currently. Suryakumar Yadav now being ruled out of the rest of the tournament with an injury which he sustained in the match vs Gujarat Titans on May 6 is another body blow for Rohit Sharma and co.
