‘I didn’t want to be alive’: Florida woman locked in solitary confinement for days after Flock cameras incorrectly labeled her a hit-and-run killer

A U.S. Senate investigation into the misuse of Flock cameras has heard a Florida woman’s testimony about her experience after she was held for 13 days due to the controversial license plate readers allegedly misidentifying her vehicle in a hit-and-run that killed three people.

The incident in question took place in October 2025 on I-4 near Debary, reports Fox 13. Witnesses claimed to have seen a maroon Dodge Durango fleeing the scene after being involved in the crash that ended three lives.
