Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen has opened up on signing for the Reds, admitting that everything is 'bigger' than it has been at his previous clubs.
The Danish midfielder arrived at Old Trafford on a free transfer after his short-term contract at Brentford ended in June. He returned to football last season with the Bees after having an Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) fitted following his cardiac arrest at last summer's Euros.
Eriksen has impressed since joining Erik ten Hag's side, with the 30-year-old making 19 appearances for the Reds, registering five assists. The midfielder quickly became a first-choice option for the Dutchman and has performed well alongside Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes in recent weeks.

While Eriksen could have stayed on at Brentford in the summer he opted to join United, having previously decided against a move to Old Trafford during his time at Tottenham.
"When I was at Spurs, there were talks back and fourth, but in the end it didn't work out. At the time, I didn't want to go, but this time, I had a chance and of course I wanted to go and luckily they wanted to as well," Eriksen told Sky Sports. "When you say Manchester United, it's different, the vibe is different, how you say it is different."
When asked about how special it was to even say the club's name, the Dane added: "It's about how big it is, it's for everyone and how many people follow it and how much media attention there is. It's bigger compared to the club's I've been at before."
