Newlyweds will often walk away from their wedding with unforgettable memories as they celebrate their special day alongside their closest friends and family. However, a bride and groom - who recently tied the knot in a romantic ceremony - amazingly sealed their marriage with a first kiss.
Taking to video-streaming service TikTok, Micah explained that she didn't want to have her first kiss until their wedding day in line as it was in line with her religious Christian beliefs. The blushing bride admitted that she told her groom that she wanted to savour their first kiss and Rhay was more than happy to oblige.
In the video, which has surpassed three million view s since posting, Rhay admitted that Micah was "worth the wait".
She explained alongside the clip: "POV: You wanted your first kiss to be on your wedding day and when you told your boyfriend he said, 'you're worth the wait'."
The Christian couple - who boast more than 57,000 followers on account @ micahandrhay - were snapped sharing their very first kiss by professional wedding photographers.
The stunning pair posed for a series of photographs as shutterbugs captured the unforgettable memory of the first time they locked lips.
The video's caption read: "The Lord asked me to save my first kiss for my wedding day, even if it was just for one girl who needed to know that this standard of purity is possible!!!!!!
"I'm so glad I had a man who was willing wait & take this on as his own calling!!!!!"
Taking to the comment section, many supportive TikTokers shared their thoughts. Whilst some admitted that the choice wouldn't be for them, they praised the newly married couple for the decision.
