The 2026 Winter Olympics proved to be quite eventful, and there were plenty of memorable moments both on and off the field of competition. Among the most entertaining aspects of the event was the occasional commentary shared by Colin Jost, who returned as a correspondent following his injury-laden stint at the Summer Olympics in 2024. When the festivities ended in February, Jost signed off and, as he did so, he made a joke nodding to the condom situation that reportedly befell the Games.
Colin Jost wasn’t actually based in either Milan or Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy (where the games were held) while providing his coverage. The Saturday Night Live cast member was, instead, assigned to cover the event from Lake Placid, New York. Upon the end of the games, Jost took to Instagram to share a reel, which included his final statements on this year’s Games.
