Katherine Jenkins has blasted British Airways for losing her bags ahead of her performance at the Pope’s Christmas concert in Rome.
The Welsh singer, 42, is set to take the stage in the Italian capital this weekend, but arrived in the city without her luggage containing her outfit for the show.
She wrote on Twitter: “OMG! @British_Airways have lost my bags AGAIN!
“I’m supposed to be singing tomorrow for the Pope’s Christmas concert in Rome. I feel so let down as I will not be able to perform.
“Please sort this out.”

The official British Airways account replied asking her to send them a direct message so they could help trace the missing items.
However, some fans were confused as to why the classical singer’s luggage had anything to do with her ability to perform at the annual concert.
One asked: “I know that must be really frustrating but why would it stop you performing?”
Another joked: “Was your voice in the case? Hope they can get it back for you.”
A third commented: “Love your voice, however, unless you’ve left it in your bags I’m sure you’ll still be able to perform.”
British Airways said in a statement: “We’re doing everything we can to reunite our customers with their delayed baggage as soon as possible.
“We apologise for the inconvenience caused.”
The mezzo-soprano’s stage outfits are an important part of her dramatic performances.
Last week she wore two stunning dresses as she marked her 50th performance at the Royal Albert Hall with friends including Sir Cliff Richard and Andy Serkis.
One was a glittering white gown for the first half of her show, called Christmas with Katherine.
She later changed into a red off-the-shoulder ballgown with puffed sleeves for the gig, which was part of the Christmas at the Royal Albert Hall season.
