Popular Twitch streamer Pokimane recently shared a scary health problem that happened just before her birthday trip to Paris. The content creator, whose real name is Imane Anys, revealed that she almost missed her flight after suddenly developing severe pain and itching in her right eye.

During a June 2 livestream, Pokimane explained that the problem started while she was having dinner the night before her trip. At first, she thought it was a small issue that would go away on its own. However, when she woke up the next morning, her eyes felt even worse. The streamer said she became worried because she had never experienced anything like it before.
Pokimane's rare eye problem surprised even her doctor
As the pain grew stronger, Pokimane rushed to an emergency optometrist before her scheduled flight. She said her eye was very red and felt as if something was stuck inside, even though she could not see anything.
