Hyundai BAYON launch in India: Check price, engine options, tech features & what buyers get with the new SUV

Hyundai Motor India will launch the Hyundai BAYON on Monday, October 26, 2026. The new SUV will be powered by a four-cylinder 1.5-litre MPi petrol engine producing 115 PS of maximum power and 143.8 Nm of torque. It will be available with a choice of a six-speed manual transmission and an Intelligent Variable Transmission (iVT). The SUV will also get paddle shifters, three drive modes and additional driving technologies, including Dash Boost Mode and Sporty Drive Tech with the iVT option.
