Hy-Tech Engineers shares make strong D-Street debut, list at 42% premium over IPO price

Shares of Hy-Tech Engineers made a strong D-Street debut on Tuesday, listing at a premium of up to 42%. The stock opened at Rs 75 apiece on the NSE, marking a 41.51% premium over the IPO price of Rs 53. On the BSE, Hy-Tech Engineers shares listed at Rs 72, reflecting a premium of 35.85%.

The Rs 135.73-crore IPO was offered at a price of Rs 53 per share. The issue comprised a fresh issue of 1.13 crore shares worth Rs 60 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.43 crore shares aggregating to Rs 75.73 crore.
