A Stockport man in his 60s has admitted 60 offences against his wife, including 21 counts of rape, after more than 20 years of abuse. He entered 45 further guilty pleas at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday, 14 September.
The unnamed husband had already admitted 15 offences earlier this year, including five rapes. His latest pleas added 45 offences, including another 16 rape counts, bringing the overall total to 60.
