Broken View Estate is listed for sale via expression of interest, with the property expected to fetch around $3.5 million.

Broken View Estate at 547 Old North Road, Pokolbin is listed for sale via expressions of interest. The property, which includes a two-bedroom home, five one-bedroom villas, a pool and a vineyard, is expected to sell for around $3.5 million according to listing agent Dan Jurd. Picture supplied.
