Hunt for mystery lottery winner sitting on £4million fortune - check your ticket

Lotto players have been urged to check their tickets as a £4 million fortune is yet to be claimed.

The winner bought their ticket online for the draw on Saturday, November 12.

All someone needs to do to scoop the jackpot is match their numbers with the winning digits 4, 11, 22, 37, 44, 48 and the bonus ball of 39.

Once the ticket has been validated and paid, the ticket-holder will then decide whether or not to go public and share their news.

Camelot’s Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said, “It’s only a week since the draw but we’re urging all online Lotto players to log into their National Lottery account.

“The easiest way to do this is via the National Lottery app to see if they are the missing Lotto multi-millionaire we’re looking for.

“What a sensational festive season it could be for the lucky multi-millionaire who has maybe yet to realise it.

"Imagine what you could do with just over £4,000,000 - a Christmas like no other, a once-in-a-lifetime holiday or treating your nearest and dearest, and a lot else besides!”

Several people have so far scooped huge wins this month with more than £20 million in jackpot prize money handed out to three ticket-holders.

On top of the £4 million win, another lucky ticket-holder scooped the £12.8million jackpot in the Lotto Must Be Won draw on 2 November.

Another winner picked up the £3.8million jackpot in the Bonfire Night Lotto draw.

Both of them have since been claimed.

Players have 180 days from the day of the draw to claim their prize if they have the winning ticket.

Also this month a lucky ticket holder in California bagged an incredible $2.04 billion (£1.76 billion) Powerball prize win.

The winning numbers were white balls 10, 33, 41, 47 and 56, while the red

The prize had been growing for three months and the odds of winning were one in 292.2million.

The lucky ticket was sold at Joe’s Service Center in Altadena, Los Angeles.

The jackpot was the biggest ever win, beating the previous record in 2016 by more than £500 million.

MUSL said: "Powerball has stringent security requirements to protect the integrity of the game and remains committed to holding a drawing that gives all players a fair chance to win."
