A woman was filmed dressed in a party dress climbing into a McDonald's via a drive-thru window while staff looked on in hysterics as she tried to prepare a takeaway herself.
A video of the incident has gone viral on TikTok after it was posted by the user, @greergreer who claims the would-be diner decided to make her own food when the McDonald's outlet had stopped taking orders.
Due to sanitary concerns over a shortage of gloves, no more McDonald's were being prepared so the woman took matters into her own hands.
Dressed in a pink dress and high heels she climbs through the drive-thru window and heads towards the kitchen with staff laughing, reported the Daily Star.
The video was captioned: "Lady climbs thru McDonald’s window because we’re not taking anymore orders CAUSE we have no gloves."
In the clip, which has received almost 682,000 views and more than 120,000 likes, the woman asked for the manager’s permission to begin her “first day of training” so she could make her own order.
She actually looked quite keen to be shown what she needs to do, clapping her hands, and admitted that she wasn't correctly dressed for her first stint in the job.
The employees are seen in the background trying to hold in laughs because of how determined the woman is for a McDonald’s with one person saying: "What are you doing?" and she asks to see who the manager is on duty to show her what to do.
But there was no footage of her actually making her food.
TikTok users flocked to the comments as they hoped that she got what she wanted, as one user wrote: “So did she get her maccy Ds or what …”
Another added: "She climbed all the way through that window, let her make it LMFAO."
A third said: "Finally all laughs and no fighting, good to see people cool and chill we all need to be understanding often."
The news comes after a drunk man was caught slipping a McDonald's cheeseburger through his friend's front door on the doorbell cam.
Melanie Ginn shared the clip on TikTok after finding the recording of her pal, Jordan Anderson, turning up at her door at around 4.06am after clearly having a good night on the town, reported the Daily Star.
Jordan, who was seen holding a big paper bag containing his large McDonald's, strolled up to the door whispering: "Melanie, I've got you a burger."
