Hungry manager ‘raring to go’ ahead of long-awaited dugout return

Dundee United manager Jim Goodwin insists he is back to full health and “raring to go”, but will return to hospital in the next six weeks to undergo a minor operation.

The 44-year-old had a health scare last month but, following a series of tests, is back in the dugout for the visit to former club St Mirren.
