The mayor of Hungary's capital was questioned by police on Friday over accusations of helping to organise this year's LGBTQ+ Pride march that the country's government had sought to ban.
The Pride march in Budapest on 28 June was the largest event of its kind in the country's history, according to organisers, despite Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's right-wing government earlier passing a law that banned such events.
