Formal plans to create more than 250 new apartments in Manchester's Northern Quarter have been officially submitted for consideration.
The project is a joint venture between Marco Living and Axis Real Estate and would see 267 flats built on land currently used as a car park bordering Tariff Street and Port Street.
The applicants are hoping Manchester City Council's planning committee will make a decision on the proposals in February.
