More than 200 jobs have been created by the group behind outdoor and leisure clothing company Regatta as its sales and profits surged.
Manchester-headquartered Risol Imports has posted a turnover of £274.4m for the 12 months to January 31, 2022, up from £222.8m.
Newly-filed documents with Companies House also show its pre-tax profits jumped from £8m to £28.9m over the same period.

According to the accounts, the average number of people employed during the financial year increased from 1,366 to 1,577.
The company was founded by Lionel Black in 1981 and is still run by the family.
Outside of the UK, the group operates branches in Bangladesh, Czech Republic and Slovakia in addition to its overseas subsidiaries.
A statement signed off by the board said: "Covid-19 continued to challenge the group during the year, with ongoing lockdowns, however overall there were less retail closures which resulted in growth in both the retail and wholesale divisions and online trading continued its growth trajectory.
"During the year, no claim for UK furlough scheme was made despite store closures."
