Vladimir Putin and top military officers are based at top secret nuclear bunkers as the ferocious war unfolds in Ukraine, according to new ‘evidence’.
Planes used by top Kremlin officials have been tracked and show that Putin could be spending some or all of his time at the hideaway near Surgut in western Siberia, according to a source.
The minister for defence, Sergei Shoigu, is believed to be in a bunker near Ufa in the Urals, 725 miles east of Moscow, claimed investigative journalist Christo Grozev.
