Hulk Hogan's representative addresses paralyzed rumours

Representatives of Hulk Hogan say 'everything is OK' and have denied claims that he is paralyzed from the waist down.

Rumours of Hogan's health, who's real name is Terry 'Gene Bollea,' reached fever pitch in recent days after WWE Legend Kurt Angle remarked on his podcast that the Hulkster 'can't feel his lower body' after undergoing yet another back surgery.

"Hogan had his back surgery again. He had the nerves cut from his lower body," Angle said on his podcast recently.

"He can't feel his lower body. He has to use his cane to walk around. I thought he was using his cane because he had pain in his back. He doesn't have any pain.

"He has nothing at all. He can't feel anything. He can't feel his legs so he has to walk with a cane, so that's pretty serious."

But Hogan's people have since rubbished these claims and issued a statement to 'Entertainment Tonight' in America saying that his health woes have been overstated.

"Everything is OK with him," Hogan's representative said, "Hulk is someone with a lot of humor."

Furthermore, the representative refuted claims that Hogan needed a cane to walk around and confirmed that the 69-year-old can walk unaided.

Hogan began his career in 1977 and retired in 2012. Over the course of those 35 years, Hogan became one of the most famous wrestlers in history and won multiple World Championships.

Unsurprisingly, the Hulkster has had his fair share of injury issues over the years. In 2021, his daughter Brooke revealed that Hogan had gone under the knife a whopping 25 times.

Hulk said at the time: "My knees are fake, hips are fake, back is full of metal and part of my face is full of metal."

The WWE Hall of Famer retired from wrestling in 11 years ago but still makes special appearances on occasion.

The most recent came just two weeks ago on the RAW XXX 30th anniversary show, where he appeared without a cane.
