The Logan actor, 54, and his wife were pictured meeting up with Hollywood star Laura Dern and her daughter, Jaya Harper.
They chatted with each other as they left Cheval Blanc hotel, which goes for €1,750 per night, to continue the night in Paris.
Hugh looked suave in a loose black suit with a plain t-shirt underneath. He kept a clean-shaven face for his date night.
The Australian actor completed his look with a pair of black and white trainers.
Deborah-Lee, 67, kept to the same vibe as she donned a cropped black jacket and tight black trousers.
She elevated the look with platform boots and a black crossbody purse.
Her blonde locks were styled into a half updo and she accessorised with simple make-up and a statement ring.
Hugh and Deborra-Lee tied the knot 27 years ago and have adopted children Oscar, 22, and Ava, 17, together.
In December, the sweet couple got into the festive spirit and shared a clip of themselves dancing on Instagram.
They performed a routine in front of their magical Christmas tree, with wrapped presents dotted around the floor.
The clip showcased the couple's funny side as they had a cardboard cut-out of Hugh's Deadpool 3 co-star Ryan Reynolds in the background.
Hugh kept things casual, wearing joggers and a navy T-shirt. He opted for a pair of fluffy socks for maximum comfort.
Deborra-Lee wore a pair of yellow lounge pants and a baggy cardigan as she effortlessly matched her husband's dance steps.

Earlier in the year, Hugh posted an affectionate tribute to his wife on social media as they celebrated their wedding anniversary.
