A huge fire has broken out on a landfill waste site in Lancashire.
Large plumes of smoke can be seen billowing from the blaze on Dawson Lane in Buckshaw Village in Chorley. Fire crews were first scrambled to the scene just after midnight.
Eight fire engines were sent to tackle the blaze at the 'commercial premises'. Now, 15 fire engines are at the scene as crews work to bring it under control.

Firefighters from Greater Manchester are supporting the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service. Specialist appliances and drones are being used.
Residents who live nearby have been urged to keep their windows and doors shut due to the large amount of smoke. Pictures from the scene show a huge mound of waste well alight, with smoke billowing into the air.
The most recent update posted by Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service on Twitter said: "INCIDENT UPDATE. We have 15 fire engines, including support from @manchesterfire, and a number of our special appliances at a commercial waste site on Dawson Lane, Buckshaw Village.
"Firefighters are continuing with firefighting operations to bring the fire under control." Earlier, the fire service said: "There is still a significant smoke plume and we recommend that people keep out of the smoke and keep windows and doors shut."
Dawson Lane has been closed off while emergency services deal with the fire. Environment Agency experts are also working with fire crews.
