A plot of land in a Nottinghamshire village with the potential to become holiday lets has been put on sale for £1.5 million. The site in Fiskerton, Nottinghamshire, has six buildings, three of which have planning consent, and is currently on sale for offers in the region of £1.5 million.
The land, which has its own access, parking area, and several agricultural buildings, could be used for holiday lets and commercial use, subject to prior notifications and permissions. The site's estate agent has said the plot has water and electricity connections, as well as a "ménage of hard standing areas".
Jess Mitchell, office manager at Southwell-based Gascoines estate agents, said: “We’re excited to present this exclusive opportunity. Fiskerton is such a lovely location, and the site has great potential for farm use or commercial development. Its sale is rare – especially with planning permission already granted on three of the buildings.”
