A man has been seriously injured after a street fight broke out in Seacroft.
The altercation, between what was described as a group of males, happened around 1.30pm today. Police were called to Kentmere avenue at 1.31pm.
Police attended the scene and have set up several cordons in the area. An air ambulance was also dispatched to the area, together with other emergency services.

A man was found with serious injuries at the scene and has been taken to hospital. West Yorkshire police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Police were called at 1.31pm this afternoon to Kentmere Avenue in Seacroft after reports of a fight between a group of males. One male has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
"Several scenes are in place across the Seacroft area whilst officers investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident. Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Police via the Live Chat options at www.westyorkshire.police.uk/contactus or 101 quoting log 857 of 27 August."
And residents in the area say the latest incident is terrifying, having happened just days after someone was stabbed in the area. One resident with two kids said: “It’s really scary to see this again this week. Especially because I have kids. The helicopter has been circling the whole time.”
