The biggest family day out of the summer in Trafford is scheduled to take place at Lancashire Cricket Club on Father's Day - Sunday June 18. It’s the return of Trafford Live which has not been run since pre-pandemic days in July 2019.
The cricket club is joining forces with Trafford council and is incorporating the ‘Vitality Blast’ fixture against Durham (2.30pm start) as part of the ‘family friendly’ Trafford Live event. The joint festival will be held within the grounds of the Town Hall on Talbot Road and the Fan Village at Emirates Old Trafford and will be open for all to attend.
Visitors will be able to experience a range of events, activities and displays which will all be designed to showcase the borough’s sports, history and culture offering, with a bit of everything for both the young and old to enjoy. The Emirates Old Trafford Fan Village will be free to enter, with tickets for the Father's Day fixture priced at £10 for adults and £5 for juniors. There is also a specific ticket office for Trafford residents with free tickets for kids and just £5 for adults.
