There were huge queues outside Applegreen station in Dublin this morning due to their cheap fuel prices.
Cars lined up for the cheapest fuel in Dublin at the station on the Clonskeagh road with similar crowds at the Applegreens in Inchicore and Knocklyon. Petrol and diesel for sale for under €1.80, a welcome break from recent crazy prices.
Sadly, the low prices lasted for just for two hours as they were part of an anniversary promotion.

Dublin drivers were out early to try and grab the cheap fuel, forming massive queues. The limited time offer was brought in as a way to celebrate Applegreen's birthday.
In a statement, Applegreen said: "It's back and better than ever!!
"In Applegreen locations nationwide starting at 9am for a grand total of 2 hours and 47 minutes you can SAVE 24.7c per litre on all fuel!
"This offer is for a limited time only so make sure you get down to your local Applegreen and fill up the tank".
