Huddersfield Town boss Carlos Corberan is to seek medical advice on whether four players will be able to play against Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup.
The two sides meet in the fifth round on Monday night with a plum home tie against Liverpool the reward for the victors.
Huddersfield put three goals past Championship basement side Peterborough United without reply on Friday night, and Corberan is expected to maintain his policy of rotating his team in the FA Cup.
Central defender Levi Colwill and wideman Josh Koroma were both absent from Friday's win due to illness, while Lewis O'Brien picked up a knock late in the first half - though he was able to play 32 minutes of the second half before being replaced by Jordan Rhodes.
Tino Anjorin made his long-awaited debut from the bench having spent five months on the sidelines with a broken metatarsal.
All four players will need to be assessed to see how much of a part they can play against Forest.
O'Brien had taken an accidental kick just below his knee against Peterborough while he cleared the ball and received medical attention on the pitch before continuing.
Corberan told YorkshireLive : "We know he is a very important player for us, so I hope we can not miss him.
"He received a kick and it's not usual to see O'Brien asking for the medical staff, so that was something that made us feel a little bit worried.
"He told me that he feels [OK] but let's see how he progresses."
Asked if either Colwill or Koroma had covid, Corberan replied: "Not that we know right now from the tests that we have so far.
"The situation is that both were ill - Koroma with temperature, Colwill without temperature but not feeling well - so now I need to wait for the doctor's confirmation of when both players are going to be available."
On Anjorin, Corberan said: "It's important he recovers his fitness levels and his football fitness levels to be fit and help the team.
"I know he is a player with a lot of talent but he's still a player who needs to keep playing and training more to be able to help the team.
"Of course, he's going to need a period of time of adaptation where we need to be very patient to not provoke any injury that sometimes when you have an excess of minutes you can create, but at the same time expose the player to achieve the level we need to achieve in him."
