A sandwich bar in Nottingham has been placed up for sale after the owners decided to sell. Mimi's Sandwich Shack on West Street in Hucknall was placed on the market towards the end of March. Viewings have been taking place throughout April to find a replacement owner for the building.
Although the property advert states that a tenant is in the building, Mimi's Sandwich Shake has announced that they will be leaving due to personal reasons. The property is listed as an investment opportunity.
The one and a half storey building is a short walk from Hucknall town centre and has had some renovations recently including a new roof. It is being sold with a 5-year lease which could be rented out to a potential new owner for £400 per month.
