DHARWAD: The Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) has been ranked second in the state for digital documentation of property records.

The HDMC, which regulates the infrastructural assets and civic facilities in the twin cities of Hubballi and Dharwad including properties, transactions and their administration, had launched an online management system that keeps a record of property ownership, transactions and status.
