HoYoverse pulled the curtain back on two more Honkai Star Rail characters, including yet another Landau sibling, though we won’t be seeing them in the 1.2 update. The RPG maker posted two character introductions on the game’s official Twitter account, including their rarity and elements, and like the Blade and Kafka teases ahead of version 1.1, these new characters will show up during version 1.3, roughly two months from now.
It’s a different approach than the one HoYoverse uses for Genshin Impact, where new characters revealed on social media show up in the next banner.
First up is Fu Xuan, a 5-star quantum character who follows the path of Preservation, meaning she’s a defense-oriented character.
Fu Xuan uses her foresight abilities to plot the course of the Xianzhou Luofu and predict the outcome of the vessel-nation’s future endeavors, and she firmly believes that everything she does is correct. Sarah Wiedenheft (Octopath Traveler 2, Spy x Family) is Fu Xuan’s English voice actor.

The second character is Lynx, youngest of the Landau siblings and a 4-star quantum character who follows the path of Abundance, so she’s more than likely a healer. Lynx hides behind a mask of laziness, but she’s actually Belobog’s finest and most daring explorer.
Risa Mei (Genshin Impact) is Lynx’s English voice actor.

Lynx will also be Star Rail’s first 4-star healer since Natasha, which should make it easier for folks to put together Forgotten Hall teams. You need two healers or a really good tank for that part of the game, though aside from Natasha, Star Rail’s other healers are 5-star characters who are much more difficult to get.
