There are few things finer for a reset than a nice stroll in the park. With or without a dog, a good walk can really help us reset, refresh and recharge.
We are blessed with plenty of green spaces to do just that in Nottinghamshire. From the stunning Sherwood Forest and Clumber Park to the north to Rushcliffe Country Park in the south we are certainly not short of places for a nice walk.
Admittedly, a lot of us will take a weather check on whether to head out or not but our country certainly has plenty of natural beauty. The Arboretum also offers a little respite from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
