How undated ballots could affect Pennsylvania's GOP Senate race and voters' rights

They arrived on time to be counted but in envelopes that were missing one detail — a handwritten date.

Now, some 860 undated mail-in ballots from Pennsylvania's Republican voters are caught in the middle of a legal fight over this month's tight GOP primary election for an open U.S. Senate seat.
