Dejan Kulusevski is a doubt for Spurs ahead of the North London Derby this weekend, with the Swedish international having suffered a hamstring injury in a blow to Antonio Conte's plans.
The 22-year-old played both matches during the international break for his country against Serbia and Slovenia, completing 90 minutes in both fixtures before returning to North London. And the Spurs medical team are monitoring the former Juventus man closely after he complained of tightness in his hamstring.
While it is not certain that the right-winger will be absent from this weekend's action it does provide Antonio Conte with a headache ahead of what is a crucial match at the top of the Premier League table.

There are also concerns surrounding, Hugo Lloris, Christian Romero and Ben Davies, with Clement Lenglet in line to replace the latter having started two matches under Conte. Romero and Lloris are likely to start given their crucial role within the Tottenham team in Conte's 3-4-3 system.
Friday afternoon's press conference will provide some answers for anxious fans hoping that their team will be able to call upon a full complement of talent ahead of one of their biggest matches of the season. A win could see Spurs rise to the top of the Premier League standings, with Manchester City not playing until Sunday's Manchester Derby.
If Kulusevski is missing it opens the door for new fans' favourite Richarlison to start again alongside Son Heung-min and Harry Kane in a front three. If Conte were to match up to Arsenal and go with three in midfield, however, Yves Bissouma could be the one to come in, with Kane and Son playing as a front two.
