The NHL on TNT is back to bring hockey fans 60-plus games throughout the regular season, leading into the playoffs and all the way to the Stanley Cup Finals this year.
The cable network is one of the two TV homes for the NHL throughout the 2024-2025 NHL season, with NHL on ESPN being the other. But there is another option to watch the NHL, specifically the NHL on TNT matchup, as Max will be carrying live streams of the hockey games throughout the year.

As of right now, all Max subscribers can watch live sports on the streaming service through its B/R add-on channel at no additional cost. However, eventually streaming sports is going to be a little extra each month, $9.99 per month to be exact, but when that monthly price is going to start being implemented is TBD.
How to watch NHL on TNT from anywhere
If you finds yourself outside of the US but wanting to watch NHL action, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) can help if there is no easy way to catch the action.
A VPN lets you get around the usual digital barriers by changing your IP address, meaning you can watch sports like the NHL as you would in your home country. Our favorite is NordVPN, which is the No. 1-rated VPN in the world right now according to our sister site, TechRadar.
