Cobbled Classics season is drawing to a close but the most brutal race of them all is on the way as the men's and women's pelotons take on Paris-Roubaix (April 7) and Paris-Roubaix Femmes (April 6)
The cobbled races in the north of France are among the most eagerly anticipated of the season and boast start lists full of stars as well as kilometre after kilometre of some of the toughest roads of the calendar.
Last April we saw Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin-Deceuninck) and Alison Jackson (EF Education-Cannondale) storm to victory over the brutal cobbles. The pair will be back this time around, along with a host of other big-names, to do battle on famous cobbled sectors such as the Arenberg and Carrefour de l'Arbre.
