How to watch Love Island free if you are abroad

Love Island returns to our screens on ITV tonight with plenty of drama in Casa Amor to keep viewers gripped.

Fans of the reality TV series can watch on freeview or catch up on the ITV player free. As a summer series however, some fans may not be in the UK and risk missing out on catching up on their villa favourites.

As holiday season arrives fans may be abroad while the series continues but there is a way to watch Love Island while abroad.

A VPN can be used to watch Love Island while out of the country. Services such as NordVPN and ExpressVPN allow you to dial in and watch ITV even while out of the country.

VPNs also allow you to keep your web history completely private, keep your online data safe and secure, or stream movies and sports fixtures that aren't available in your current location.

You can get a free trial for NordVPN here and Express VPN here in time for tonight’s Love Island episode.

The last three days has been focused on Casa Amor where the girls and boys have been split into separate villas with a new set of boys and girls to get to know, tonight sees the recoupling where they will all return to the main villa, either in a new couple or to return to their original partner

It's been the most chaotic Casa Amor ever, with every boy except Luca Bish turning their heads and getting to know new girls

As for the girls, they all seem fairly set on returning to their original boys except Tasha - who is torn between new boy Billy and her original partner, Andrew

Danica is also expected to couple up with Josh, as she didn't have a romantic couple in the main villa.
