How to watch Liverpool vs Leicester City - TV channel, live stream, early team news

Liverpool are back in action just four days after their Boxing Day win as they welcome Leicester City to Anfield.

The Reds come into the game on Friday on the back of a 3-1 win against Aston Villa at Villa Park, while Brendan Rodgers' men were beaten heavily by Newcastle at home.

Jurgen Klopp's side are now five points behind Tottenham Hotspur in fourth place in the Premier League after Antonio Conte's team dropped points in their draw at Brentford.

Ahead of the game, we've put together all of the info you need for the big kick-off.

What time is kick-off?

The match at Anfield will kick off at 8pm on Friday night.

Is the match on TV?

Yes, the match will be shown live on Sky Sports Main Event and Premier League with the build-up starting at 7pm.

Match of the Day starts at 10pm on BBC One on Saturday night and will include highlights of Liverpool’s clash with Leicester.

Early team news

Ibrahima Konate is back in contention for the match after returning from his World Cup exploits with France, having reached the final before defeat to Argentina.

Liverpool though remain without six injured players, with James Milner and Roberto Firmino out until the New Year, while Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz, Arthur Melo and Curtis Jones remain on the sidelines.

As for the visitors, James Maddison looks set to be out injured once again, with Rodgers admitting he doesn't know when the England international will be able to make a return.
