The tone was set with victory over New Zealand in the tournament opener, and with inspirational captain Antoine Dupont providing a major boost with his return to the side just weeks after a facial fracture, Les Blues will be confident of pulling off another statement win in Paris this evening.
Defending champions South Africa will have other ideas though, with the Springboks’ focus very much on spoiling the French party and maintaining their bid for back-to-back World Cup triumphs and a record fourth overall.
