Cristiano Ronaldo's interview with Piers Morgan has shocked the world of football, with the Portugal forward revealing his grievances with the way his return to Manchester United has been managed - and tonight the first half of the full interview is aired.
The five-time Ballon D'Or winner and the world's all-time record goalscorer gave the interview having already expressed his displeasure with the way he had been treated since his return. The 37-year-old claimed in the interview that there were people at the club attempting to force him out and that he had been 'betrayed'.
The interview comes at a pivotal time in the forward's career as he prepares to jet off to Qatar for the World Cup, which he will be attempting to win with his fifth attempt.
